David M. Miyoshi is a
licensed attorney at law (California License #57831) and is qualified to
practice in both state and federal courts. Mr. Miyoshi has written numerous
articles on international investing and real estate. He foresaw the U.S. real
estate collapse and was warning investors not to invest until the real estate
market had bottomed. Those who failed to heed his warning lost much in the
collapse. Mr. Miyoshi has extensive experience in setting up offshore entities
for his Pacific Rim clients. He was named International Man of the Year for
1995 by the International Biographical Centre of Cambridge England for his
outstanding work in the field of international investments, finance and law. He
is listed in numerous Who's Who publications including Who's Who in the World,
and Who's Who in American Law. Mr. Miyoshi is a Dean's List Scholar and
graduate from the University of California, Harvard University and Waseda
University in Japan.

of all beneficial owners, directors and officers together with suitable
references on them from acceptable banks and full details of the
auditor.

Plan outlining the proposed activities of the bank or corporation for the first
three years of operation, having pro forma income and expenditure accounts and
balance sheet. We can prepare this plan, subject to receiving the
